Welcome to Eliezer Health — I’m so glad you’re here!​

I started Eliezer Health in honor of my father, Eliezer Fortunato, who struggled with mental illness for much of his life. My father fought a good fight, and his journey deeply shaped the person I am today. Through him, I learned the importance of compassion, resilience, and community — lessons that inspired me to build this space of healing and hope.

At Eliezer Health, our mission is simple but powerful: to support individuals and their loved ones through life’s most challenging moments. We believe in long-term healing that nurtures not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Our goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to make informed decisions about your mental health and overall well-being.

We know how isolating it can feel when you’re anxious, unmotivated, tired, angry, or overwhelmed. Maybe you’re unsure where to begin, or burdened with guilt about how your struggles affect those around you. Please know that you don’t have to walk this path alone. At Eliezer Health, we walk beside you — reminding you that today can always be the beginning of your healing journey.

Our providers take time to listen, understand your history, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to your needs. We offer evidence-based care, including psychotherapeutic medications when appropriate, while also integrating holistic approaches whenever possible. Together, we address a range of conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, psychosis, and sleep disorders — always with the vision of helping you find balance and reclaim your quality of life.

Most of all, we believe in the power of community and connection. Healing is not meant to be done alone. By building a supportive environment where clients and their loved ones feel seen, heard, and valued, we hope to remind you that you belong here — and that healing is always possible.
