Hi there! Welcome to Eliezer Health! I'm so excited that you're here. I know my name is a bit long so you can call me "Adelle". I am a board-certified Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in California and Nevada. Mental health is my passion and I enjoy helping and walking alongside people in their life and mental health journey. 

My passion is to empower you to achieve your goals towards better quality of life through collaborative patient-provider partnership in the formulation of individualized treatment plans. My focus is the long-term healing process of your whole being consisting of the body, the mind, and the spirit.

During our initial session, I conduct a thorough assessment of your history and current status, provide a diagnosis, and prescribe appropriate psychotherapeutic medications as necessary. I utilize holistic interventions as much as possible in treating various mental health conditions including: anxiety, depression, bipolar/mood disorders, psychosis, sleep disorders, and more.
