Service Description

During this follow-up session, your provider will engage in a collaborative discussion with you to evaluate your overall well-being and medication adherence. We'll explore how you've been feeling since starting or adjusting your medication regimen, paying close attention to changes in symptoms, mood, behavior, and any unexpected reactions. We will make medication changes or adjustments as necessary.
